A month after Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck spontaneously wed in Las Vegas, the couple are hosting a much larger three-day wedding celebration at Affleck’s Georgia estate this weekend. People, E!, and page 6 have details of Lopez and Affleck’s wedding plans, while the paparazzi released a photo of Lopez with Affleck in Savannah yesterday, where the two went shopping. Lopez wore a cream Amalie the Label ruched crop top and beige pants, with her hair styled in a bun.
A source said People than Lopez and Affleck “have planned an extraordinary weekend of celebrations. They will have a pre-wedding party, ceremony and have a lot of fun. page 6 reports tonight will be the pre-wedding rehearsal dinner (apparently Saturday), and Sunday will be one last barbecue.
PeopleThe source added that Lopez in particular “is thrilled” with the couple’s plans and that her family is joining her there. “His mom and sister are already there,” the source said. “Children will also be part of the celebrations. It will be a beautiful weekend. Lopez has 14-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex-husband Marc Anthony. Affleck, meanwhile, shares Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10, with his ex Jennifer Garner.
E ! added that up to 100 close friends and family are expected to attend the celebration, and Jay Shetty will officiate the ceremony. Interior designer and event planner Colin Cowie coordinated their wedding day in Georgia. Celebrities likely to attend, according to E!, include Affleck’s close friend Matt Damon and Lopez’s close friend Leah Remini.
Details on Lopez’s wedding dress are still limited at this time, but page 6 reports that Lopez will be wearing a custom dress from Ralph Lauren.
